Leased Land - Why Share?
Would you like to spend your time
camping, fishing or hunting, or spend the same time looking for places to do
these activities and then after finding a fair location on a tract of public
ground? Or get permission to use private land and while you are using
the property, several other people come on this same property you are on,
causing little or no chance for you to fill your tags or permits! Once
you are a member of D&K Sports & Marine the only time you will share
any property, is when you and several of your member sports friends all agree
to use the property the same days and times, but no more than three people to
150 acre tract of ground at all times.
D&K Sports and Marine leases
private land for the members of the hunt club for the special uses of camping,
fishing and hunting. D&K Sports & Marine contacts land owners,
then scouts the properties and negotiates a favorable lease, then marks the
boundaries so the club members do not trespass on neighboring property.
The members are provided with a three ring binder of the maps of all the
leased properties and any special notes or regulations on each property, plus
all club regulations of do's and don'ts. The property can be checked out
as to the exact location & county, in the state the property lies.
The member will get online at the reservation Maps & address to reserve a
tract of property for any day or days they wish to use that property to camp,
fish or hunt.
We are currently looking
at other clubs, with the intention of perusing an agreement to be
contracted with, to use their properties for our members and
visa-versa for the other clubs. In the near future, we will own
some properties that members will be hunting on, but all rules &
regulations that apply on all of the leased land , will apply on the
club property.
The regulations will be
enforced for all members and any combination of three rules not abided
by a member in a 12 month period, will be just cause for dismissal,
possibly with total loss of balance of the annual member dues.
Each case will be carefully considered. These rules are for the
safety of all members and families & non member guests. Each
member will received a pamphlet with all regulations and is expected
to read the material before being enrolled.
